Our Company
Established in 2013, Layline focuses on collateral management and securities finance strategies designed to enhance portfolio yield for pension plans and long-asset funds. Portfolio yield optimization may incorporate fund overlays, securities lending, synthetic cash and opportunistic delta-one arbitrage strategies. Layline works with select institutional clients to earn alpha through transactions that have traditionally been the preserve of large banks and other firms with extensive internal resources.
Layline’s principals possess specific expertise and experience in portfolio management, fund management, securities and derivatives trading, financial products structuring, treasury, public markets, investor communications, regulation and compliance. |
